No, unfortunately we do not work in domestic properties. Our business is dedicated to working in commercial properties, primarily for large businesses with big water systems, like hospitals, universities, prisons etc... Find us here in one of the UK's leading business to business directories -

We work with a range of businesses from all types of sectors, including FM, healthcare, education, hotels, government etc.. Our business model is to focus more on large, blue chip clients operating large estates. We tend not to work directly for other contractors, preferring instead to work directly for the end users or their FM provider wherever we can.

Yes, Titan has been a proud member of the LCA since 2019. Our current membership includes the 'Equipment' category (which covers remedial works and tank replacements), as well as the 'Cleaning & Disinfection', 'Monitoring', 'Sampling' and 'Risk Assessment'.

Yes, as a member of the LCA, Titan is classified as a water treatment company. The big difference with Titan however, is that, as well as specialising in the traditional range of water hygiene services such as legionella risk assessments, sampling and tank cleaning, we also specialise in the mechanical aspects of water treatment, actually fixing stuff! Generally no, all of our work is self delivered by our own highly experienced team. We do have a network of freelance specialists that work with our in-house team, to support during busy periods or to provide an expertise that the in-house team do no possess, but Team Titan will still retain full control of any project in which outside expertise is used.
