His approach is rooted in prevention as much as problem-solving – spotting potential issues before they ever have a chance to become one.

Behind the calm confidence is someone who genuinely loves what he does. Paul’s ability to combine technical understanding with real-world practicality has made him an invaluable part of the Titan team. He’s equally at home leading a team on-site, working through a tricky compliance issue, or mapping out the next phase of a large-scale project. Whatever the challenge, he’s the person you want in your corner.

When he’s not leading the charge at work or in strategy meetings, you’ll probably find Paul enjoying the great outdoors – often on a long bike ride through the countryside, out walking his dogs, or spending quality time with his family.

They’re the real crew that keeps everything grounded (and possibly the only ones who can compete with the dogs for his attention!).
