We are delighted to welcome William Hesketh to Titan Water, who has joined us as Project Coordinator within our growing planning team.
Will brings over eight years of experience in fast-paced, client-facing environments, having spent the last few years managing large residential property portfolios across the north of England. At one point he was juggling a portfolio of over 300 properties — keeping contractors on schedule, clients informed, and compliance documentation in order. Those skills translate directly into life at Titan, and it is exactly the kind of background we were looking for as our mechanical division continues to expand.
His role will involve coordinating projects from the planning stage through to delivery, working closely with our engineers, operational staff, and clients to keep information flowing and schedules on track. In a business like ours, strong organisation behind the scenes makes a real difference to the service our clients receive on site, and Will's experience managing multiple contractors and stakeholders simultaneously makes him well placed to hit the ground running.
Will joins a team delivering services across legionella risk assessments, water tank cleaning, TMV servicing and planned water hygiene monitoring programmes for commercial and public sector clients throughout the UK. As demand for our services grows, building out the planning and coordination function is a key priority, and Will's appointment is an important part of that.
He is based in Preston — which means he is, regrettably, a Preston North End fan. That counted against him considerably during the selection process. However, with over 300 applications received for the role, his organisational ability, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for the position made him the standout choice, and we were not going to let his questionable taste in football get in the way of a good appointment.
Speaking about the appointment, Titan Water Ops Director Harriet Bigg said: "Will impressed us from the first conversation. He has exactly the kind of mindset we need in the planning team, and we are really looking forward to seeing what he brings to the business as we continue to grow."
Will has already settled in well and is quickly becoming a familiar face across the team. If you would like to find out more about the people behind Titan Water, you can meet the wider team here.
From everyone at Titan Water — welcome aboard, Will. We are glad to have you with us.
