Titan Water Achieves ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Certification

We’re proud to share some great news - Titan Water has officially been awarded ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditation following successful assessment and certification by the British Assessment Bureau.

These internationally recognised standards confirm that our management systems meet strict requirements across:

• Quality management (ISO 9001:2015)

• Environmental management (ISO 14001:2015)

• Occupational health & safety management (ISO 45001:2018)

For our customers, this is independent proof that Titan Water operates to a consistently high standard - not only in the work we deliver, but in how we manage safety, quality and environmental responsibility throughout every project.

What do these ISO accreditations mean in practice?

ISO certifications are not simply “tick box” awards. They require clear systems, documented processes, regular audits, and ongoing improvement.

Achieving all three standards means Titan Water has demonstrated that we:

• Monitor and reduce environmental impact where possible

• Put strong health and safety planning at the heart of everything we do

ISO 9001: Quality Management

ISO 9001 is one of the most widely recognised quality management standards in the world.

For Titan Water, it reinforces what we already focus on every day: delivering reliable, professional work, backed by clear planning, strong communication, and consistent results.

This accreditation covers our scope of work including:

The provision of design, installation, relining and repair of cold water storage tanks, remediating water systems, and sampling and monitoring services within the UK. 

This is particularly relevant across the core services we provide, including Cold Water Storage Tanks and planned maintenance support.

ISO 14001: Environmental Management

ISO 14001 confirms that we have an environmental management system in place that is structured, measurable and continually improving.

In practical terms, it means we are committed to reducing environmental impact through responsible decision making — including waste management, material selection, site practices and compliance with environmental legislation.

This is increasingly important for clients who need assurance that their contractors are aligned with environmental expectations and sustainability requirements.

ISO 45001: Health & Safety Management

Health and safety has always been central to Titan Water, and ISO 45001 is a major milestone in demonstrating that commitment.

This certification recognises that we have robust health and safety systems in place to protect our team, our clients, and the environments we work in — from risk assessments and method statements through to ongoing monitoring, training and continual improvement.

This aligns closely with the work we carry out across water hygiene and compliance services, including Legionella Risk Assessment Services and Water Hygiene Monitoring Services.

Independent certification and ongoing assessment

All three certifications were awarded by the British Assessment Bureau, and each certificate is valid from 02 February 2026, with an expiry date of 01 February 2029, subject to annual assessments.

This means we will continue to be independently reviewed to ensure our standards remain high and our systems remain effective.
