Our Star of the Month award is one of the ways we like to say thank you – a small gesture that carries a big message of appreciation and respect.

For September, the recognition goes to our Estimating Manager, Keagan Melson, who was nominated by his colleagues and came out on top 👏. Keagan has consistently shown outstanding commitment to his role, bringing both precision and positivity into everything he does. Whether it’s handling complex estimating work, helping colleagues find solutions, or simply stepping in when things get hectic, his calm approach and willingness to get stuck in make a real difference.

Keagan’s ability to juggle a demanding workload while still being available to support others is something we truly admire. During particularly busy periods, he continues to deliver high-quality work without losing sight of the bigger picture – keeping the team moving forward together. That balance between individual excellence and team spirit is exactly what our Star of the Month award is designed to celebrate.
